Hiking Excursions
We offer both half and full day hike into and around Capitol Reef National Park. Generally we hike in spots that have waterfalls, prehistoric rock art or both. Out full day tour includes lunch. Two person minimum may apply.

Canyoneering
Not for the faint of heart, Canyoneering often requires technical downclimbing, swimming and rapelling. Having said that this is an experience that you will never forget. Capitol Reef the San Rafael Swell have some amazing slot canyons. Most are rarely visited and as such you are unlikely to see many people. We provide all gear, transportation and lunch. Two person minimum may apply.

Horse Packing and Canyoneering Combo: Overnight
This amazing trip functions as an introduction to canyoneering and pack trips. Your adventure will start out with a full day horse ride through Pleasant Creek. The camp will be close to the creek and present some swimming possibilities. After breakfast the next day we will embark on an exciting journey into Sheets gultch. Not rated as a difficult canyon, this hike offers the elements of a great canyoneering experience; rapelling, downclimb and narrows.

Horse Packing and Canyoneering Combo
On this three day trip we ride out to Pleasant Creek on the first day, spend the second day repelling and rock scrambling through Sheets Gulch Slot Canyon, rated not very difficult. On the third day, we will ride back using new trails and experiencing new territory. Again, deluxe camp and hearty meals included.

Five-Day Multi-Sport Adventure
This amazing trip could be considered the “Best of Capitol Reef”. We have designed an experience that seamlessly combines biking, horse riding, fishing and slot hikes into one fun filled package. This Multi-Sport Adventure combines two nights camping with two nights staying at lodges; the first night we will stay at the well known Boulder Mountain Lodge and the final evening is spent at the Red River Lodge.
